Dark green or brown circular bands ranging in size from a few inches to 50 feet in diameter. Mushrooms may also appear by rings.
Sprinkle dry laundry soap over problem area. Mix all of the ingredients below in 20 gallon sprayer. Over spray the area to the point of run off.
1 cup baby shampoo
1 cup antiseptic mouthwash
1 cup ammonia
Irregular brown patches. Turf will be attached to soil. Just blades will be affected—may have a slimy or moldy white appearance.
Organic Fungus Fighting Formula:
1 tbsp baking soda
1 tbsp instant tea granules
1 tbsp horticultural or dormant oil
1 gal. warm water
Mix ingredients together in large bucket. Apply with a handheld sprayer by lightly spraying the turf. Do not drench or apply to the point of run-off.
Repeat in 2 to 3 weeks if necessary
Circular brown spot often surrounded by a dark green ring.
Sprinkle gypsum over and around each spot (it dissolves accumulated salts like magic). Then flush with water.
Treat your Female dog. Grass Saver pills or liquid formula given daily to your pet will prevent the nitrogen burn that creates spots.

Irregular brown patches, Turfgrass and portions of root base can be removed from soil. Check for small whitish worms.
Beneficial Nematodes, applied to your lawn at the appropriate time will safely and effectively control most grubs, fire ants and flea larvae.
